No and I won't be for a while because the cardinals are under strict orders
not to send up the white smoke until 3 years are up. This means that it
will be the longest election in the history of the papacy and, more
importantly, I'll pick up on the 500 notes that I had on that very
    eventuality - at a spiritually uplifting 200-1.

Looks like catholics have to spend a while longer in the Middle Ages.

Mind you, the new guy is 80, so dunno how long he'll last.

    Beware the Bavarian Catholics...
78, AFAIR he wouldn't be eligible if he was 80...

I noticed the Nigerian bloke tipped by the BBC yesterday seemed a bit
    pouty.

    I'll bet! ;-)

When I was a teenager, I (like just about every other male teenager on the
planet) was a mobile testosterone factory with a permanent hard on. The
mission was to drink, snort, fight and **** everything, while living on a
pot noodle and a snickers bar, per month.

I may be somewhat fucked up, but I had a whole heap of fun getting here!
    ;-)

In many respects I have not yet left my teens but I am glad to say that
I have grown out of pot noodles.

sigh. I was thinking that too. It's quite depressing. Even though I'm
    not a practicising left footer.

  13. It was somewhere around Barstow, on the edge of the desert, when the
Some Nostradamus interpreter was rabbiting on today about the new Pope
causing a split in the church, and there being two Popes - one in Rome,
one in Avignon. Oh aye, and apparently one of them manages to piss off
the towelheads so much they invade Yoorp.

All this is supposed to happen next week/month/century.

Laura likes Pot Noodles, especially something called "Seedy Sanchez". Of
course, I always end up calling it "Dirty Sanchez" instead...

Please tell me you've never had to explain to her what *that* means......
She's so.... Er... Innocent. Then again. Maybe you should explain it as
I fear Nina's lad would just go the nuclear side of red if she asked
    him......

doesn't know and then goes googling.

    I don't want to know.

Just like the curry flavoured Pot Noodles then[1]
    I can get chilli oil.
They've got those in the shop round the corner from where I used to
live. They've got Kooka, too but not nearly as good.

[1] Smells like a sweaty armpit.
