No, that's being an ass and mis-using your authority. The law isn't
being used or misused at all.

What's especially amusing is that he thinks the proper thing to do
would be to actually charge someone who doesn't deserve to be charged,
so the law could be "tested". But *not* using the law is "misuse". It
takes a special kind of mental gymnastics to reach that level of

Whenever he doesn't like what someone is posting he choses from a
handful of well known and worn disinformation tactics to try and smear
the post. One is slandering your sources as not worthy of notice. And
yet although he has been asked dozens of times to define what a
credible source is, of course he neglects to. All sources which reveal
truth are slandered. So yes BBC will be slandered if they reveal the
truth. Any news source will be slandered if it indicts the agent
seeking to cover up their crimes.Yet you will note that Tex et al
never posts any topics himself. His MO can be seen to be to troll
around Usenet under numerous guises attacking anyone who is exposing
Israeli and Zionist organised crimes. One pattern is certain: He will
never engage the arguments and evidence directly for this would risk
promoting them. The idea of the Disinformation agents is to murder
information. In this case any information exposing Zionist criminality

information is information exposing Zionism. 9/11 Truth exposes

Here is another interesting tactic this troll and others use which I
only discovered a few months ago. Its called Fruit Looping. Here is an
example of Tex/Tropi/Sunny doing his Fruitlooping:
Everytime someone posts that 37% of Americans think that 9/11 was an
inside job, Tex posts NO THEY DONT. And then when shown that nobody in
American corporate media have denied this poll, and that they have all
acknowledged it by accusing 37% of Americans of being kooks, Tex then
shuts up. But when Tex sees the poll cited again weeks, months later,
he Fruit Loops and repeats NO THEY DONT. Yet he has never been able to
substantiate his denial.
Despite showing him that this poll is not contested by anyone in the
US, including the pro Bush media parrots he persists in lying about
the issue everytime it appears on Usenet.
