It has a spacer that I bought from eBay, it fits in the shock linkage, but
if bonwick sells me the ohlins, that has adjustment within...

Gonna get the firefox bloke to setup my suspension tomorrow...

I'm not selling you an Ohlins. I told you to check the shock length
and the mounting hole sizes then try it for size and persuade Adie to
sell it to you. She'll probably load the price because you're from
Yorkshire but you must be used to that by now.

I found the receipt for my '97 carb'ed Blackbird the other day. It's
seems I paid £2850 quid for it... ooohh.. thats 5 or 6 years ago now..
    crikey !
If it's a nice one then the depreciation isn't going to cost you much,
mine is still worth a bit, but there are lots about.
I think some of the dealers even turn their noses up a bit at them,
kind of like the Ford Focus of super Bikes IMHO

Oh and I agree about the exhaust collector.. but plan on replacing it
with a stainless one at some point any way.

Mallory is 600 territory - I passed you round Gerards like you were
going backwards, you soft northern donkey-felcher, and I was on a
borrowed ZX6R B1H I'd never ridden before that was set up for a fat
bloke and had a shagged rear tyre that had been turned around[1]. I was
going to toot the horn and give you a wave but thought that might have
    been taking the piss

[1]They didn't tell me that bit before I rode it, only after I
complained about it spinning up the back through the Devils Elbow lap
    after lap.

Pah, excuses excuses. I did a 1:02 lap that day and a few low 1:03s.
Next time I went there I did a 59.8 on the same bike. I reckon I'll be
consistently doing that on my CBR because I didn't really like the ZX6R
going through Edwinas and the hairpin, way to vague at the front for my
    liking.
