So I thought I'd have a look at the basket case 900 BMW. Basket is an
accurate description although I bet a bunch of things have fallen
through the wickerwork.

So I have a look at other bikes and come across item number 320224780869.

Yipes! Mag wheels on a 450 single Ducati? What kind of pervert does
that? And then asks 11 grand for it?

Doesn't have the engine provenance either... tip to those who are
silly enough to venture into the world of bevel Dukes: always ask who
worked on the motor. The insides of some very good looking bikes can
be edifying examples of the bodger's art.

He won't get a bid at that price of course, and it won't sell in Just
Bikes or wherever else it's advertised. At least I hope not.

I think I'll ring Phil and ask him to give the Devil a pat for me, and
make sure he doesn't show it that picture....
