    Steph's thyroid is no more unfortunately[1] so she's on a shit load of
    pills each day [2], but the weight loss was quite impressive once the
    doctors had sorted out what was wrong.

    [1] Wasn't her best feature anyway.
    [2] She'll be along in a mo to tell you which ones.
