Right now, I seem to do politics.

I'm currently re-writing a document for senior management, trying to
find a way of putting "you've really fucked this up" in a more
    palatable way.

    alternatively:

"On a scale of 0-10 of fucked-upness, this would probably rate a 9".

    Avoids even using a verb.

That would be pointless. The whole point is to show that the way we
do things doesn't work, and something has to change.

Unfortunately, what really needs to change is the people who will be
    reading the document.

  16. Are they aware that problems exist or are they oblivious to any issues .

If they are aware that problems exist , then tell it like it is and in your
opinion what needs to be done to resolve the issue and the eventual outcome
if changes do not take place (that's why they may want you to create a
    report on the situation)

Don't lay blame at any one individuals door try and advise how changes
everyone in the company can make will improve the situation

don't blame me if you get a little brown envelope with champ on the front
and p45 inside however I do accept cheques if you receive a bonus (cash
    would be better)

I meant no verb referring to the person who fucked it up, so totally
    passive.
