    That's quite a range - I assume that's bad condition/bad area
    versus good condition/good area difference?

    pretty much. Except I'm talking good area/very good area.

    You could probably pick up a 4 bedroom terrace house in Edmonton Green
    (a mile east of here) for 275k. A similar house here (east Bush Hill
    Park) would cost about 320-330. The same house 250m away, the other
    side of the railway line (*west* Bush Hill Park) probably about
    340-370, and 1/2 a mile west of here in Winchmore hill, you'd be
    looking at the thick end of 450k.
