Looks like an '04 blade with a dodgy exhaust.

Bearing in mind that it's a mockup, it's going to look like it's
been bolted together from bits of other bikes and end up looking
    like a dog's dinner.

cf. the inside-back-cover of old issues of PB. "bitsa"

Is Glynn Kerr dead or summat?

Goes rather nicely though with the forks.

About time too. Is it due to be released any time soon?
Mmm, know what you mean. Be better with black.

    Limited edition of 400 apparently.
Wonder if you could ask them to swap the wheels :)

  7. A special addition. It already has. There was one parked up at the Cafe on
    sunday.

I saw a streetfightered something with "Bitsa" nicely painted on the
    tank the other day.

Agreed. The gold's a little bit 1980s, isn't it. They should do an
all-black one, like the 'busa last year - that looked *good*

hey, what are those forks coated in? I've seen chrome (obviously) and
gold-coloured titanium nitride fork legs, but never black ones?

They're standard on the GSX-R - "diamond like carbon" or some such crap.

OK, cheers. On consideration, I think it looks shit - if they're going
to make it black, it should be /really/ black.

I don't think that the OP's picture does the all-black GSXR1k any favours.
It's over exposed, grainy and disguises the black frame. I think I'd be
willing to own one, if forced :)
