    Well, stunned I am.

First time out on the Fazer after a new pair of BT-010s fitted a couple
of weeks ago. I knew I had to be careful, but didn't realise just *how*
    careful.

I had travelled perhaps 120 yards from my house to a T-junction. Pulling
out into the main road, I opened the throttle in first and *ooops".

Bike on side, me on floor. The back wheel just lost traction and the
bike went down, skidding through 180 degrees.

Thankfully a low-speed affair with just a couple of sore knees for me. A
scrape on theh can and a bit of the crash bungs worn off. Bit of a
scrape to the fairing as well and mirror housing.

So, cold, brand-new tyres = much care required.

    Arse.
