    It won't charge to 'green' on the Optimate

    The trouble with the "Batt-aid" tablets is that they won't go in the
    hole. I ground some up, and sprinkled the resultant powder in.

    I plonked some in the original battery, and'll give that a go.

    Otherwise it's another £65 to M&P.

    At least I've got pedal pressure on the brakes, now, and the grips
    don't revolve on the bars.

    Half-full, I suppose.

    I was thinking more of the forgetting to turn the heat off and the TD
    filling with lovely petrol fumes which would meet with a friendly spark
    from the motor.
