Do they involve punishment by removal of bacon?

It was "average", and more of a muffin than a sandwich, I suppose

 

I used mine on Sunday, and on the final trip home I dearly wished I
hadn't. The cold got to my left wrist, which was then more than
unpleasant to squeeze and resulted in me planning gear changes three at
a time. It was a fair re-enactment of the last Team UKRM race.
