  3. I think he meant the one where you put the start point and the end
    point in and it tells you the best route and how far it is ... and I
    can't remember the link either :)

    Cheers

    nah, its whereis for sure, you just have to hit the "directions tap, gives
    you a map, and then written directions, including distance and time between
    each mark point. :)

  8. I think you meant:

    Camden-Picton-Mittagong-Moss Vale-Bundanoon-Penrose-Marulan-
    Bungonia-Tarago (via Gouburn if your afraid of a little dirt)-
    Braidwood-Batemans Bay-Bega-Cooma

    Of course, from my part of Sydney, that would start out:

    Royal National Park->Picton Rd->Mt Keria->Dapto->Macquarie
    Pass->Moss Vale...

    (Or possibly Windsor->Bells->Hartley->Jenolan Caves->Oberon->
    Crookwell->Goulburn->Braidwood instead...)

    It's called a 'map', and the good thing is it presents a
    range of routes, it directly displays the twistiness of said
    routes and you can take it with you if urgent plan changing
    becomes required!

    (seriously, HEMA motorcycle touring atlas, can't be beat.)
    (Not speaking on behalf of etc, merely a satisfied and so on.)

  10. You're missing some bits. Should go more along the lines of....

    RNP, Picton Rd, Mt Keira, Dapto, Macquarie Pass, Jambaroo Pass, Jamberoo,
    Kiama, Gerringong, Seven Mile Beach, Bomaderry, Kangaroo Valley,
    Mossvale.....
    [/QUOTE]

    Yeah well - if you really want to have fun, consider adding in Mt
    Kembla Rd, the road from Berry to Kangaroo Valley, and (one I've
    never managed to try yet) Turpentine Road from Nowra to
    Braidwood...

    Here's my route to the gp last year... The long way there, the
    short (boring) way home...

    With travelmate, check the URL after you put in start and finish
    points. it will show you how far and how long..
    Goto the URL and change the LAST number on the uRL from 1 to an 0 (or
    other way, travelmate is down at moment) it will give you the
    intricate details .

    I've looked at that track on the map and thought "mmmm...", how much dirt
    is there?

  15. About 30km - All in pretty good condition back on the October
    long weekend - its a bit dusty, so when it rained it got a bit of
    slimy mud in places (most of which still needs washing off my
    bike I think). Looking at the map, there's an option to wimp out
    haflway if you want - the road that runs out past the airfield
    east of Goulburn appeard to be sealed all the way to where it
    crosses the Bungonia Tarago road.
