  3. Reading it through, I found the only two things I disagree with are the
    tolling and footpath parking

    Don't like tolls at all if I am on the bike

    If Melbourne footpath parking being one vehicle length away from the
    building and one wheel from the kerb
    I fail to see why a bike cannot be parked on the footpath in Sydney if it is
    parked parallel to the kerb
    I have seen bikes parked on the footpaths in Melbourne where the footpaths
    are not more than 2 metres wide

    Footpaths too narrow, too many people traversing them
    Indeed and parking on footpaths like that is the main cause of the
    intermittent bids to remove footpath parking from Melbourne bikers

    Some very good news for couriers in there, particularly if the RTA
    gets on board. Loading Zone parking for motorcycle couriers has been
    an urgent issue for some time now.
