[SYD] Room for Rent

Well looks like I have sold my soul and first born to jump head first into
the
Sydney property market , contracts due to be exchanged in a few weeks
so will be moving in and looking for some people to share the house

closeish to station and Uni
HUGE Garage for bike storage
secure with 6 ft colourbond fencing with killer guard dogs (kelpie cross
and foxie/collie)
off street undercover parking as can be seen in pics
reasonably big back yard

its a 4 bedroom place with a extra family room so plenty of living space
looking for guy or girl or a couple , can have pick of rooms and can have
furnished
or bring your own furniture

only things i ask are non smokers and must like dogs

should be available round first week september once i move in and do some
painting

best thing about 2004 check out 200 houses on internet

go and look at 8 in 1 day and go home not knowing what you looked at , but
because you took
the digicam you can look at them all and soon see all the things you missed
