Oops, 120 rather than 250 "support staff by March 2007" - no specifics yet.
It was a statement by his Financial Director and no doubt a negotiating
ploy to get more money in the 07/08 budget. Funny how this happens to be
timed to coincide with elections for the Assembly....

Nowhere near enough for irresponsible types like you. Fancy getting
caught for less than three figures, I am amazed you have the balls to
    even admit to it.

Are they allowed to do that though? A mile away may be fine for the
laser part. But for the human eye to track a moving bike, even with a
scope, I find that a bit suss, tbh.

  10. And reading the article it seems to be a case of brinkmanship between
Brunstrom and the government / MPs. Something tells me Brunstrom will
win - he may be odious but he understands the game he is playing.

Oh yes, with a minority administration currently sitting in Cardiff the
last thing Labour will want to do is appear soft on crime in the run up to
the AM elections. I'm sure Peter Hain & the Chief Whip are currently going
through their little black books to get the necessary leverage to knobble
the gobby MPs. Rhodri Morgan will miraculously find a pot of cash with
which to buy off Brunstrom: probably by closing a few more schools &
hospitals. Without any functioning hospitals there won't be any need to buy
    some working ambulances...

Actually not................a fair number of speeding cases are never
pursued, as to follow through with every case would mean the cunts would be
    losing money!

So its well worth taking a chance, tearing up the bollocks and only paying
if they come up with a court date.

This way you have a chance of getting off, and wont have paid any more than
if you had paid up in the first place.

  15. It was, according to the report I initially saw. Can't have been
    a month's salary, nor a day's, so probably a week's.
