I have a 1994 Suzuki RM125 that runs well in the mid and high end, but terrible on the low. Idle is fine, but even on a level start you need to rev up the engine to get a clean start. On any type of incline I need to work the engine hard to get going. I've played with the jet needle and have adjusted it to the bottom position which has made it run better, but only in the mid and high end. The jet needle looks to be marred to the naked eye. I don't know if it is not seating proper and allowing a rich mixture or if I'm off base. I've pulled the carb off and ensured all ports are open and the float is adjusted. I've also checked the exhaust for restrictions. Any thoughts???
