Suzuki RF900 not running on all cylinders

    I have 96 Suzuki RF900. When I started it this a.m. without any choke and
    took off before fully warmed up, it wouldn't run on all cylinders and has
    very little power at low rpm. My question is, would this be caused by fouled
    plugs? Will something like this clear itself up after the excess fuel
    evaporate away? Thanks in advance.
