I have a UK spec [or so I believe it to be] '00 GSF600S.

A wee conversation on one of the Bandit lists has raised a question in
my mind - does this have carb heaters fitted as standard? Helpfully
this is exactly the kind of question the Suzuki site doesn't aswer.
    Typical!

If heaters are fitted, what should I see? Or is there no visible,
    external component?

    Cheers!

There are 4 connecting wires under the carbs which feed the heaters.
These are the easiest items to spot.
If these wires actually plug into the bottom of the carbs then you have the
    heaters installed.

If you find them and don't want them, I'll have them.

    Always asking for Bandit bits.

You don't want a Rentec sports rack, do you?

If you still want them you can have mine. It appears my bandit needs a
new engine to be repaired economically and a new engine's not my idea of
    economical.

    Especially at the moment.

I'm trying to teach my son how to keep a bike on the road without
spending a fortune. Unfortunately, he keeps crashing it.

And you keep fixing it for him. What kind of example is that?
