Suspension out of adjustment

I've been tweaking the suspension over the past few weeks trying to set it
up for the TT run next week. It's a FI Blackbird with full Givi luggage
(topbox + side cases) and the two lardies on it weigh in at 29 stone
combined. As I've gone out I've increased the pace and this has led to a
feeling of being a bit low at the back so I've upped the preload. I already
had the 6mm spacer on it to raise the rear.

Having made the final adjustment this morning I was surprised to find that I
have wound the shock up as far as it will go (ie used all the thread) and
the rebound is also at max. Although the bike feels fine and seems to be
able to handle the weight even at speed I wondered whether maxing everything
up has any downsides I've missed?
