I have an enduro bike that I want to put supermoto wheels on.
I really miss the road and want to have a bit of fun when I'm not racing.
I can't afford another bike (although I've been tempted by some cheap RGV's
    on ebay).
There's loads of wheels on ebay, but I haven't a clue about which ones will
    fit.
    My bike is a 99 exc 300.
What do I need to measure?

Mr Wegg of this Parish has done a motard conversion on his DRZ. There
were spacers and other things involved IIRC.

Ta. I can see two routes. Measure everything and get a cheap set of wheels.
Or ring Talon. But the wheels start at £900 ffs!
    My bike was only £1500!
Mind you. I know once I start riding it that I'm gonna want to start racing
    do I don't want a shite set.
Then again I don't want to start racing and look like I'm any good.

The only thing I get from my trade is free pens and a few books!
Wanna swap for a week or so?

FC Trotts are in Pinner Road, Harrow now. Have been for quite some time.
Be quick though, I hear young Freddie is selling the business to return
    to USA.

One of my old mates had a Mocheck Harrier 400 Four[1], with an ice-cream
van chime wired into the horn button. Much merriment was had when he
rode past or local hang-out with the horn button pressed.

[1] All white[2] with 5 spoke Lester alloys, a dinky lille bikini
fairing and Yoshi bits inside the motor. It got severely written off in
an argument with a Jaguar belonging to our then MP.
[2] Hence the ice-cream van tag.

You're a journo, so yousll understand this.

Why use 3 words when 20 will do?
