    are not happening.

Buuuuut; this quote from www.superbike.it might provide a glimmer of joy:

    "
In Australia, Fox Sports has provided excellent live coverage of the
Championship for many years, and this partnership will continue in 2005.
The Australian TV involvement in World Superbike has now been enhanced by
the Ten Network. This terrestrial provider will broadcast all the
highlights from the 2005 and 2006 series.

    "
Of course it doesn't say when, how often nor how thoroughly, but maybe if
the Aussies start doing as well as the pre-season indicates...

Some of the 250 and 125 races have been worth the $15 alone!! (Or does
    Channel 10 include them now?)

Always the full races but not so much all the preliminaries before and
after but you have to stay up very late to watch em all.

Naah I tried this but I was always outvoted by the fuckers who wanted to
watch Nascar or some shit (and the TV was so soft and the room so loud I
    couldn't hear a peep anyway!)

Well it _is_ called Pay tv. It's not free, but it does have other benefits,
like you get to watch all the rounds of the GP racing commercial free too, and
live, and without having to put up with those wanker commentators on Ch 10,
and most of the live European rounds screen during prime time on the east
coast of Australia, so you don't have to stay up till 1am to watch the races
if you are one of those weirdos who works 9-5 M-F... and then there's always
the other stuff which you might want to watch as well.

Yeah, but then there's food. And even at $2 a stubbie, you'd hardly get
    your throat wet for $30.
