    Is there *any* optical plastic that is 'scratch resistant'? Except my helmet
    visor, which is 'antigraffio' (I don't think).

    I'm interested in hearing more about this... my experience in the spectacles
    world was that they weren't dark enough in the sun, but they were too dark
    out of it.

  5. check out wiley x!! they're pretty good. used by law enforcement and
    blah blah blah according to them. so pretty err.. hardcore?? ballistic
    lenses. =p

    and they even have a biker on their webpage (www.wiley-x.com) <==???

    tactical shop in sydney deal in their sunnies
    (www.tacticalshop.com.au)

    brought a pair of XL-1, but have yet to test on motorcycle (sunnies
    supposedly windproof?) i'll update after i test this!

    I have such specs, and have for years. They work fine for me, ergo the
    interest in that particular visor liner. The glasses aren't sunnies, but
    they're definately better than nothing at all. I can certainly tell, out
    in sunlight, the difference between having them on and not (apart from
    the fact that I can see **** all...)

    The lenses are plastic. Dunno if that makes any difference.

    The liner itself is a "Progrip" Light Sensitive NoFog Lens (quoted
    verbatim).
