Find a dry cleaners near to the interview - pop your suit in the previous
day. Park bike, collect suit, get changed, attend interview.

You can buy suits are resistant to creasing, I got one when I had to jet
about a bit. So when I got off the plane, the creases would fall out
    quickly.

Yeah that's worked OK for me - had a 34L Givi top box on the TRX - a
thick suit bag stops it sliding around in the top box as much and keeps
it from creasing. If you have one of the top boxes that have elasticised
straps on the inside that's even better, if not stick some sort of
padding (something light and bulky - a lump of foam or similar) in so
the bag of fruit doesn't slide from side to side when you corner. It's
when it ends up a wadded ball in the corner of the top box you have
    creasing problems :)

The trick is to try and keep it flat so it only creases a little bit
where you've folded it over, and that should fall out if you've not put
any weight on it. Oh and ride conservatively, don't be trying to get
your knee down on the way there :)
