Yesterday was pretty good as it goes.

Took the Zephyr into Oxford to show it's weepy forkseal to my man at the SOB
    emporium.

No probs there, told me to keep an eye on it, and if it persisted he'd shove
in a new set, no hassle.
Also told me the 4 into 1 Lazer exhaust will not be a problem come MOT time
    next month.

On to M and P, bought 4 shiny copper exhaust gaskets, as the bike appeared
to have none fitted when I changed the zorst, then into Foxes diner for
swift coffee with the other bikers types. 2 machines in the car park struck
me as rather interesting; a Guzzi cafe racer, which whilst a bit of an old
snotter was truly sweller-tastic, and a ZXR1100 which appeared to have a
Zephyr tank and tailpiece fitted, and painted in Z1000 colours, very nice
    indeed.

Home, exhaust gaskets fitted (it seems a bit quieter now), then a good wash
and polish (the bike, the bike)

    Luvverly.
