stuck Piston

    Just wondering what you guys used on a situation where you have a stuck
    piston from and engine sitting ? I need to know what you use for a
    penetrant.

    I use this stuff called PB-Blaster, which works better than the "other"
    penetrants. You could also use Kerosene, or diesel fuel. Are you going
    to open up the engine, and try to unstick it while the head is off?
    If it's not at BDC, you could rap the top of the piston lightly with a
    hammer and a block of wood, LIGHTLY......If it's really bad a hone job
    and rings may be in order..

    Do you think it is even better than Aero-Kroil ? This stuff is VERY hard to
    beat.
