    FWIW, I think most of the filings are from the transmission gears.

    I'm wondering if Mick picked up any significant amount of filings
    from his auto oil filter.

    Just run the engine for 2 minutes. Change the oil. Go for a 20 minute
    ride. Change the oil. Should be fine.
