Strange vehicles in Portsmouth...

    As I moved off the motorway (M25?) into Portsmouth I saw these two
    odd-looking vehicles... Any ideas TOG, Platy, anyone,...?

    Find on Google Earth at 50deg49'34.62"N 1deg05'16.05"W

    4 wheel drive mobile harbours?
    The Royal Navy's version of the Tonka Toy?
    They are rather large...
