Having tried a few on my bike I find I am overcooking the application
of the brakes and finding it hard to get he balance right.
Can anyone give any tips on the best route to getting it right.
    The bike is a CG125

OK, that'll stop the nocturnal emissions. What about the stoppies?

IIRC Mr Bonwick of this parish has experience with CG 125's. I vaguely
remember him wheelying the said vehicle.

Only by revving it to **** and dropping the clutch. I think I just ran
along behind it for a few feet and claimed it as a wheelie.
