They probably told the brewery they had access to
$1,000,000,000,000,000,000 locked in a disused bank a/c. All Diageo had
to do to access it was ship over a boatload of the stuff first.

  4. Using the patented Mavis Beacon "Hunt&Peck" Technique, Hog
Nigerian Guinness is brewed in Africa and bears almost no resemblance to
    Guinness as you know it.

    It's about 9% for a start.

  7. I wouldn't say it's vile. They sell it in the shop round the corner and
one of the added bonuses is that the bottles are bigger so less time
    opening and more time drinking.

Nigerian Guinness is fucking lethal. Nice, though.

It took you a few minutes to adjust to it. At least your local
    supermarket stocks the stuff.

Tbf, I think that applies to "normal" Guinness as well.

I just had lunch with someone who did legitimate business in Nigeria and has
some knowledge of this, by coincidence. It is (apparently) a triumph of
marketing. Guinness has built a reputation of boosting sexual virility. A
few pints of the black stuff and she will be gobsmacked by your performance
and the sudden development of a cock like a baby's arm.

In the UK you are more likely to throw up, snore loudly and exhibit nothing
more than a Button Mushroom under an impressive corpulence.

    Different recipes indeed.

Each to their own, I suppose. It tastes 'orrible and I don't like high
ABV beer. Give me something ~ 4.5 per cent and I'm much happier.

In Ireland it's recommended drinking if you're pregnant.

I've had Nigerian brewed Guiness. Tasted more like Mackesons.

I had a mate who was a quality tested for Guiness, at Park Royal. He
swore that the breweries all use the same recipe, the same ingredients
and treat the water, so they're all the same.

Which is clearly not the case!

I've drunk it in Nigeria, and thought it was fine, as long as you're not
expecting it to taste like "regular" Guinness.
