Stolen tax disc

    What's the procedure for replacing a stolen tax disc.

    Get a crime number from plod (& possibly a special form - can't
    remember) then visit the post office. You'll still have to pay
    something, but not as much as if you just lost it.

    Got the crime number so Monday I'll be down to the post office.

    .... unless the bike or car is taxed as a historic vehicle, in which
    case it would be a lot cheaper just to get a new disk.
