There seems to be a spate about in S.Wales at the moment.

I was hit a few weeks back, but the bikes were that heavily locked up inside
the garage they were disturbed before they could finish removing all the
    locks.

Cost a bleeding fortune in replacement locks too :(

Will ask at the club I'm in..... but best of luck anyway.

    A shame :(
I'd definitly keep an eye on eBay.co.uk and the local free ads.
Coincidentally there is for example a load of parts for a Honda MTX 125
being auctioned by a guy in Essex at the moment http://tinyurl.com/25wzk
would be too much of a coincidence if it was your bike but it's possible
that's the sort of place they might try to dispose of these items.

It seems to be young scrotes nicking scooters / 'peds.
Ours has been stolen twice, there were several others a few weeks back, and
last night a mate called round and told us his daughter's scooter had been
taken from a locked shed in broad daylight and trashed.

What gets me is it seems to be fairly common knowledge of who the culprits
are, but not a lot seems to be being done about it by plod.

They dont - the guys who did mine have been identified..... and there's
bugger all being done as nothing was actually stolen. Everything was
recovered - allbeit damaged, knackered etc.

Nope.... I guess they must want something better lol. Breaking & entering a
council lockup kind of fall low on the list of swansea's crime stats

Managed to secure a better garage now - in someones drive :D and in a nicer
    postcode.

But the scrotes will continue I guess.....

Well the police contacted me this morning - they've recovered the MTX and
it's in a sorry state.... Useful only as a field bike from now on, if that.
In fact I doubt it's even worth the £105 compulsory recovery fee that I must
    pay!

It was recovered in Trevethin, Pontypool, South Wales, so watch out for
thieving scumbags if you live around that area! And if anyone knows
anything, or sees my Speedfight, please let me know.

    Many thanks
