    Well, it only got stolen once, so it was sufficient every other time. If
    someone really wants your bike, they will have it, no matter how secure you
    think it is.

    According to the Australian Bureau of Statistics, in 2002 there were 113,389
    motor vehicle thefts reported nationally. I know Michael Czajka is usually
    pretty on the ball, but if this figure you've quoted here is so far from
    reality, it really does cast a huge cloud of doubt over the rest of those
    numbers the MRAA are quoting there.
