    Does anyone know what is it like price-wise for things like helmets and
    jackets in comparison to the UK? I am over for a couple of days next
    week and was hoping to grab a bargain.

    As Swedish VAT is way higher than ours, my guess is that it's more
    expensive. especially as we don't pay VAT on helmets anyway.

    my guess is it would be appreciably more expensive.

    [1] and pay a fortune in air fare no doubt.
