Here's my original post and two of the specific questions I asked.
Let's try these several more times and see if anyone in this group can
provide SPECIFIC ANSWERS TO THESE SPECIFIC QUESTIONS without
wandering off into the wilderness and yakking about master links and
any other subject to avoid simply providing the SPECIFIC ANSWERS TO
    THESE SPECIFIC QUESTIONS.

On the TW200 I thinking of buying, I understand it comes with a stock
14 front sprocket and a stock 50 or 52 rear. And since I've clearly
stated many times that its use will primarily be ON-ROAD, I intend to
switch out the tires to the TW203 and TW204 plus perhaps some sprocket
    changes.

1--What will be the performance results of changing the front to a 15
    or even a 12?

2--What will be the performance results of changing the rear to a 47
    or a 42 or even a 55?

By performance results I mean mpg, shift points, higher speed and
quieter engine operation, and any other aspects of ON-ROAD RIDING.

    Thanx,

    Bill

Bill, are you intentionally trying to make people mad in this forum? Why
did you ask the same thing 13 times in a row? The Yamaha TW200 is not a
street bike. Never has been, never will be. If you want to be the first
person in the world that has converted a TW200 into a street bike,
that's great, be my guest, but don't expect hundreds of people to have
answers to every technical question you have on your project. If you're
looking to buy a street bike with a low seat height and small engine,
buy something like a Honda 250 Rebel, or a Honda CN250 scooter. Do you
prefer Yamaha? Fine, look at the Yamaha line up, I'm sure they make
    small sized street bikes.

  3. Nah, he's just attention seeking now. He's starting new threads in order
to divert attention from his imbecilities in existing threads. Hoyt
McKagen used to do the same thing, now I recall. Of course, all it does
is spread the rancid jam of his derangement even further across the
    bread that is Usenet.

I'd be surprised if he ever buys a TW, but he might. Odds are that he'll
turn his obsession onto some other machine.

He's just another Usenet kook, I'm afraid.

Me, trying to make people "mad?" How about your pisspot buddies
called TOG TURD ands his little sex slaves? They are the kings of
rude, shitheaded behavior in this newsgroup. Why not criticize them?
Oh, maybe you're one of TOGGY TURD's little "houseboys" and master
won't let you come to anymore basement parties if you speak out too
harshly against him? HEH HEH HEH

And any bike with a 196cc displacement is capable of street use sdo
don't give me that crap that it could not be converted to a bike
primarily for street use. It already has the engine and modifications
of the tires used and the gearing could easily turn it into a
    lightweight commuter street bike.
The questions I had were basic, general questions regarding sprocket
changes, which could apply to any bike, and therefore should not have
been above the knowledge and/or intelligent level of true motorcycle
techs, which obviously this group does NOT have.

    If you're
A useless suggestion since I've already clearly stated my preference
for the TW200. And once again, STILL NO ANSWERS TO MY QUESTIONS, JUST
MORE MISDIRECTION AND WANDERING ABOUT FROM YET ANOTHER FAKE TECH NAMED
    MIKE.

HAHAHAHAHA That's a good one. The biggest KOOK ever to inhabit
Usenet, aka TOGGY TURD BUTT, is calling someone else a kook????
    Truly funny!

And yes, we all know you're "afraid" as you stated. You live in
deathly fear that others will discover just how much of a stupid,
ignorant, know-nothing dumbass you really are. How it's all about
smoke and mirrors with TOG and no substance to anything you say. HEH
    HEH HEH HEH
