Steering bearings again

    Just checking because if there's a 50/50 chance of ballsing something up ...

    The bottom stem bearing - the bearing goes on first, then the shell covers
    it, yes? I'm certain the shell doesn't go on first with the bearing drifting
    into it, but I want someone, Loz, to confirm this before tight-fitting
    things are installed.

    Ignore this stupid question - I wasn't with the bike when thinking about it
    so I couldn't visualise it properly.
