How come, even though I've not eaten many chips/kebabs etc this year, I
managed to go from 80kg at Christmas to 91kg this morning...? Eh? Eh? Eh?

    Over 14 fucking stone????

    Bastard.

Best lay off the beer for a while then. [1]

Just cut out the Kebabs, choccy, spuds and eating less. Easy really.

True that, most of the alchohlics i've met, are right skinny bleeders.

It's only 200 calories per day.
Drink one less pint of beer each day or
    spit instead of swallowing.
