Starting the thing

    Oh well it has took me longer than I expected but I
    now can get the bike to start from cold in 3 or 4
    kicks. I knew if I was patient enough I would fathom it.
    All I need to do is apply the choke and turn it
    over slowly, it fires up on the 3rd kick.
