Hmm my cbr1000f seems to have developped a problem with cold starting
, normally the tickover speed goes to 2500 rpm with full choke on when
cold but it seems to have stopped fast idling now. It does pick up
eventually. I recently replaced the race can I had with a road legal
one, but the problem has developped since then. I was wandering if the
choke cable needs adjusting, but does anyone else know what things I
    ought to check ?

    Cheers in advance !

You have, apparently unwittingly, answered your own query. Was the
carburation set up for the race can? If it was Dynojetted then it
will probably be running waay too rich now you have replaced the can,
which will obviously show up more when the choke is in operation.
