I'm in need of an SRX600 clutch cable, as the outer sleeve is so badly
kinked on the new cable currently fitted that I now can't pull the clutch
in! Any ideas where I can get one quickly (obviously not today!) and at a
    reasonable cost?
Also, I'm in need of a manual. Any ideas where I can get one (an online
download is fine)? In need of immediate attention are clutch
setup/adjustment, timing and carb setup. I shouldn't have let the genuine
Yamaha manual go when I sold my last SRX...

Clutch cable from an XT 600 will do at a pinch but will be a bit long.
    Try Padgetts of Batley.

Carbs shouldn't be messed with from fctory standard if it can be
avoided. YDIS (yamahas dodgy induction system consists of 1 slide and 1
cv carb on a four valve head. The cv starts to open once the slider is
past half throttle. Ping me if you are desperate for jet sizes etc and
I'll hawk th floatbowl off mine.

Timing should never go wrong on these as it's an electronic pickup and
    blackbox spark igniter.
