I noticed yesterday, on the way to the dentist, that the Sprint ST
handles *way* better without the panniers on it. Far more settled back
    end, less bouncy, less wallowy.

Since I do 99.99% of my miles with laden panniers, I'd rather reverse
this. So where do I start? Increased preload and damping?

    TIA
