You don't need him for this, honest, nor does anyone else... it's a fun
game for all the family!

In:

GRAVITY
Press "H" to show all the headers, highlight everything inside the
message pane, COPY, then PASTE to a text file or forward the message to
the appropriate ISP.

AGENT
Click on MESSAGE, then "Show Full Headers." Go to the message, click
inside the message pane, COPY, then PASTE to a text file or forward the
message to the appropriate ISP.

MS OUTLOOK EXPRESS
1) Right click on the message and select Properties.
2) Choose the Details tab and select the Message Source Button.
3) Select All (CTRL + A) and Copy (CTRL + C).
4) Close the Message Source window and the Properties window.
4) Select New Mail and position your cursor in the body of the e-mail.
5) Paste (CTRL + V) the copied information.
6) Send the e-mail to the ISP where the SPAM/UCE originated from."
