Is the bike wet? Mine did that for a bike and I'm pretty sure it was
a short in the FI circuit (is yours FI?). Could be a short in the HT
    leads as well.

SteveP might have a better idea as the dealer sort out mine for him
    after he bought it.

  2. Removing the poultry from the air intake might do it.

Not a FI guru, carbs are my thing, but when you take it in for the service
ask them to check/reset the TPS (throttle position sensor).
The FI takes it`s cue from this and it might effect tick-over.

    Feathering the throttle also helps.

He'd have to try hard to pinion one on Ace.

That was when it had only done 5k miles and as I said at the time, there
was nowt wrong with it. I suggest you can't ride for toffee sir....

Indeed, only last week mind 'ewe so not really had the time to ride it
properly. Needs new tyres asap so need to sort those out first.

    @news.cis.dfn.de:

Already bought a pair from them at the show [1]. I just need to haul my ass
    over there.

[1] 160, fitted ride in ride out.

That's a pretty good price, seeing as I've just paid £199 for a pair
for the ZRX, ride in ride out. However, a saving of £39 isn't large
enough to justify a trip to the Lahndahn end of the M4.
