For that money get yourself a Sigma BC-800. Accurate up to 300km/h and with a few other features such a clock, max and average speed. Easy to install and calibrate. And you can take it with you when you leave the bike. Have one on the ducati for a year now. Just need to backlight it with a high intensity LED one of these days. http://www.google.com.au/groups?hl=en&lr=&scoring=d&q=sigma+800+group:aus.motorcycles http://www.bicyclestore.com.au/item...ccessories/computers/sigma-bc-800-8-function/ http://www.canyonchasers.net/shop/generic/sigma.php vifer
Place a small "C" clamp, about 50mm. on the speedo cable, tighten it up to 13.755 psi, that should restrict the continual spin of the cable enough to withhold it by the required amount of 20 kph, if not, then you may have to give it an extra tweak of about 0.2275 psi. If you have trouble measuring the correct amount, try to use a Supertool torque wrench, they are more accurate than the Kingcraft models
