Plenty of real names may be seen on the ukrm group in Facebook
and about seven of them are verbs or homonyms thereof.

No problem, I just wondered if I'd forgotten. Let me know.

That's about the sum of it from my point of view.

My best was 140 on some road near Milton Keynes courtesy of an unmarked
car eight years ago. I was told to expect a summons in the post but
never heard anything more. Which was nice. Had me panicking every time I
heard the post hit the doormat for six months though.

I got the same for 110 on the M4 last year. That's put me on 9 so I'm
riding with fingers crossed til August (as far as I can tell points
count for totting up for three years from the date of conviction which
has me worrying for an extra two months)

Oh, come on! That was perfect for getting in some really annoying
    management-ese:

    "Ducks all in a row"
"Singing from the same hymn sheet"

    etc, et-fucking-c.

I *detest* that term, in a totally OTT, irrational way.

    But I can't help it.

Ah! But! (and the answer to this question may be used against you), did
you pronounce it "lee-varage" or "levv-erage"?

Heh. Years ago I read the memoir of an East-end villain. He was saying
that in the Fifties bunging was so rife that a code evolved to tell the
bench whether the niceties had been observed.

Arresting officer: "He then said 'You're making a terrible mistake,
you've got the wrong man'" = Bung paid

Arresting officer: "He then said 'It's a fair cop guv, you've got me
bang to rights'" = Bung not paid

    Plus ca change, eh?

Oh, I don't know that that's where it originated.

The other thing to remember is that the bloke was a wrong 'un. They lie
    a lot... ;^)

    Good story, though.

I've noticed my use of 'drill down' is rising to critical levels. If I
don't get a grip on it soon I may have to nuke myself from orbit.
