Trouble is, the price would never reflect the work that Lozzo puts into
them.

I'm still ruminating about the SR250 I've been offered. Having phoned
the owner, it seems like it needs a new silencer - pattern one clagged
onto the header will do.

It's got T&T and he'll take a bid on his £300 asking price.

Thing is, what am I going to do with an SR250? They're pretty nasty
bikes, un-Lozzo'd.

 

I wish. I think an XS250 or 400 tank will be used as they will fit
straight on. I thought about an RD tank, but they are too recogniseable
and I want people to have to think about what bit is from what other
bike.

TOG, do you have any XS tanks left?

I guess what you could do if that's your feeling on the matter is to
workout what you think your work is worth as a percentage of the total
value and then offer the original owner the difference.
