    Hiya,
Do you know whether I could get a spark plug for a Honda NSR 125cc (2001) in
    an ordinary Motor Factors?
My partner has gone to work this morning on his bike, which has suddenly cut
out and won't restart. it is trying but seems it's not firing. He has left
me a list of stuff he needs upon his return, a spark plug is on the list but
I don't know where to get one from!!

    Thanks a lot :)

  2. Only if the shop has a conversion chart to tell you what the quivalent
of (for example) an NGK B8HS plug is for other makes.

And this presupposes you know what plug it should take anyway.

    Hang about

    <Googles>

    You want an NGK BR9ECS.

Thanks very much :)) Hopefully the bike will start later on with a new plug.
I know nothing about bikes AT ALL. If it still doesn't start I know where
there are some helpful people that may be able to advise ;))

    Cheers

"Before you start on the spark plug, have a practice on this special
simulator. Firstly you need to grease the shaft...yes that's perfect.
Now insert it gently into that hole there, taking care not to damage
the tip. Excellent. I think we'd better do that again, just to be on
    the safe side."

Well you just tell him when he gets home that in future he is to sort

So then, that explains why I didn't understand the response. You asked
the wrong question. Not THE QUESTION.
