On C5 news the other evening they had a report of some crim being
    "dealt" with by Spanish police.

He'd asked for a bike as a getaway vehicle then the police did a "sorry
mate I did'nt see you" routine on him.

Saw that. Quite nasty wasn't it.

You could say it was potentially the least dangerous way of dealing with it.
The guy was armed and could have been a bugger to stop if he'd got going on
    the bike.

Jeeze. Wonder what would have happened if he'd broken his neck? May
be a crim but that's a bit ott.

  4. It was *quite* breathtaking, wasn't it? Nothing in the least bit
    subtle about it either.

Just goes to show - if he'd been riding faster, he'd have got away
    with it.

  8. Seen it about 60 times here on the telly. Don't pull their punches, do
they? And none of this namby pamby censored reporting either. When they
report on stuff like blown up trains, car crashes etc, they show the
bits of bodies being dragged out of the wreckage.

I found out, that the Crim in question had just held people hostage in
a bank for about 12 hours. He'd asked for a getaway bike [1] and hence
the reason that Spanish plod did the biz.

[1] ??? Why not a tank. At least he'd have been more likely to fsck
    off without injury. :)
