Does anyone know any problems with bringing a bike back from spain.apart
from registering etc. Will it pass the emission regs over here?

Depends what you're importing. Motorcycles are not subject to emissions
    testing on the MOT.

If it is less than 10 years old it will have to undergo a Single Vehicle
Approval (SVA) test and if over 3 years old subject to the MOT.

If it's a standard machine it should have a European Certificate of
Conformity (CoC) otherwise it needs an SVA test.

Over 10 years old its pretty much, IIRC, just needs proof of age and an
MOT (it can be MOT'd on its frame number so doesn't need a UK
registration for this bit). Then a quick visit to the local DVLA office
    to get the paperwork done.

    These may be useful

  3. No emissions check on MOT.
It will need to have its camber bolts changed though, due to it being
ridden on the wrong side of the road.

    Depends on the bike Shirley.

As I understand it the camber bolt thing doesn't apply to (most) pre
    2001 machines.

IME it's best to get this done at the dealer from where you got your
    bike.

I tried to adjust the camber bolts on my 2003 Thundercat and fucked it
up completely. I've now got an extra worn patch on the right hand side
of both tyres because I got the torque settings wrong or summat.

If you are bringing a grey import over I spect any main dealer for the
type of bike you get can do it for you...
