    Great run, despite the weather.

Started from Abergavenny, up the A465 towards Hereford, turning off down
a B-road towards Hay on Wye. Onwards from there to Brecon, and on to
Talybont for a superb Sunday Roast, before a run back to Merthyr and on
to Abergavenny using some nadgery little mountain roads.

The combination of heavy showers, strong winds and shite covered roads
made it interesting, to say the least. But we enjoyed it, arriving home
some 6 hours later, cold and wet.

Was good to meet some of the Welsh contingent (GPZ, Cammo and Wessie),
and was good to get out on a ride with Statto and Jackie again.

All in all, not a bad first proper ride of the year, can't wait to do it
again, hopefully on some dry roads.

It's a toss up whether there were more classic beardies, PRs, or Plod at
Abergavenny, and sadly, no-one got airborne over GPZs bump (the shame). I
thought the little mountain roads were superb though.

Fame at last! Nice to meet you all too.
I look forward to next time.

If anyone not at the BOSM is in the area over Easter then pop in as I am
staying there with a few friends.

Nice to put some faces to names. Cammo's face was a picture when I
revealed the company I will be keeping next weekend :).

There are many more routes in my database. I look forward to sharing them.

Mountain road off the A470. I pass that every day on my way to work and
    never knew it was there.
