In the late 1960s my Shite Old Dad had a job in the press shop at
Vauxhall.

Every now and again the press shop would get ahead of the production
line and they'd be sent to the steel store in the basement. They'd all
be handed wire brushes and would set to, removing the worst of the rust
from the steel plates.

Steel plates that would shortly be (briefly) turned in to Victors and
Crestas...

That was cancelled out by her getting his name wrong.
